Mahmoud Talaat
My Hand, The City
Mahmoud Talaat’s work moves between photography and painting, building layered visual worlds shaped by daily life, the texture of the city and human experience. Drawing on both direct image-making and the emotional afterlife of what he sees, he explores how memory, ambiguity and feeling can be translated into visual form. His practice is rooted in everyday encounters and in the attempt to transform inner reflection, often unclear or unresolved, into an image charged with atmosphere, tension and emotional depth.
